By using Plan for Coffee (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Information only — check before you go
Place names, hours, photos, ratings, distances and travel times come from third parties, mainly Google, and may be wrong or out of date. Always confirm details directly with the venue. We do not own, operate, inspect or endorse any listed place.
Your safety and responsibility
You are solely responsible for your outings, supervising your children, and choosing safe, age-appropriate activities. Follow traffic laws and never use the Service while driving. Travel times are estimates only.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service.
Acceptable use
- No scraping, automated bulk requests, or attempts to bypass usage limits.
- No unlawful, misleading, offensive or infringing content in suggestions or shared plans.
- No interfering with the security or operation of the Service.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to store and display it to operate the Service. Shared plan links can be viewed by anyone who has them.
Google Maps
The Service uses Google Maps Platform. By using maps and place features you also agree to the Google Maps Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plan for Coffee and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from visiting any place found through the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
